Fluid Mechanics IE-SI7O>FM

The engineering fluid mechanics takes into account the influence of phenomena accompanying fluid flow on the condition and operation of technical devices. The aim of the course is to present to the student the theoretical basis for the analysis and description of flows, models of equilibrium states, and fluid dynamics, with particular emphasis on practical aspects, i.e. description and modelling of basic phenomena and issues accompanying the flow of liquids and gases in industry, and in particular in mechanical structures. Phenomena accompanying fluid flows or caused by them have a significant impact on the operation of machines and elements of technological lines.
