Assembly Technologies IE-SI7O>AT
The aim of the classes is to familiarize students with basic issues related to assembly technologies: selection of an assembly system and selection strategy, selection of the joining process, assembly systems, various joining processes and the Design for Manufacture and Assembly. The following will be presented: process description, machines and tools, process variants, economic considerations, typical applications.
