The subject of Cybersecurity aims to provide students with comprehensive cybersecurity knowledge, covering both theoretical foundations and practical skills. Lectures will focus on understanding the main threats in the digital environment, discussing key concepts such as cryptography and log analysis, and exploring the systems'' resilience to various attacks. Students will gain the knowledge necessary to effectively secure networks, operating systems, web, and mobile applications. Additionally, lectures will also highlight the role of modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence or blockchain, in the context of the future of cybersecurity.
Laboratory exercises within the Cybersecurity course will focus on the practical application of the theoretical knowledge gained during the lectures. Students will have the opportunity to configure real-world security features, analyze system logs, and develop incident response skills. Through practical laboratories, students will gain experience in specific tasks in the area of cybersecurity, enabling them to effectively apply the knowledge gained in their professional practice.
